Propeller Eye[1] is an enemy appearing in Mega Man 6. It is a small, tube-shaped robot with a singular camera "eye" and a shell that can open and close, with a propeller attached to the top.
In the Games
Mega Man 6
In Mega Man 6, Propeller Eye is a common enemy type in several stages, appearing in Frozen Island (Blizzard Man), Mechanical Tower (Wind Man), Forgotten Area (Plant Man) and Impregnable Fortress (Yamato Man). It starts out hovering in place with its shell closed, but periodically opens it up to scan the area and make a brief movement in Mega Man's direction, only to close it again.
While its shell is closed, it is impervious to most damage, effectively making it only vulnerable while moving; however, a fully charged attack from Power Mega Man can destroy it regardless and will do so instantly.
Official Data
Propeller Eye appears under "Mega Man 6" in the Database in Mega Man Legacy Collection.
