Icicle Teck[1] is an enemy appearing in Mega Man 7. It is a ceiling-walking robot similar to the original Teck, but able to grow and drop icicles instead of firing from a cannon.

Mega Man 7
In Mega Man 7, Icicle Tecks are rare enemies, appearing only in a single section of Freeze Man's stage. They walk slowly on ceilings in Mega Man's direction, pausing briefly after every step. If Mega Man comes close enough to an Icicle Teck, it will stop and drop its icicle, but grow a new one soon after.
Once dropped, the icicle remains stuck in the ground for a short while as a harmless obstacle, allowing Mega Man to use it as a platform and cross spikes safely. While still attached to the Teck or falling down, the icicle can be destroyed separately, effectively disarming the enemy, or be forced to drop by destroying only the Teck's body.
