Boufooh[1] is an enemy appearing in Mega Man 7. It is a red and pink humanoid robot whose torso is a giant fan engine, which it can rotate to change the direction in which it works.

Mega Man 7

In Mega Man 7, Boufoohs appear near the end of Cloud Man's stage, as well as the reverse light switch sections of Wily Stage 1. They are completely stationary and begin by blowing Mega Man away with their fan, making it more arduous for him to move towards the enemy.
After a few seconds, the Boufooh will rotate its fan engine and switch to a suction mode instead, pulling Mega Man towards it, before eventually switching back to blowing him away. The fan is stopped while changing modes, preventing it from working in either direction, and Mega Man is also unaffected if standing behind the Boufooh, which cannot turn around to face him.
