Cutting Wheel		A spinwheel that falls down and goes along the floor when Mega Man comes near, although a few are stationary. It can fall off platforms and bounces after a fall. Some roll left and right, while others chase Mega Man and accelerate to high speeds.	8	2	Cut Man Stage, Wily Stage 2
Gabyoall		An enemy confined to a platform that speeds up when Mega Man is on the same height. It is too flat to shoot normally and buster shots merely stun it, but special weapons destroy it in one hit.	1	3	Cut Man Stage, Wily Stage 1, Wily Stage 2
