Oil Man (オイルマン) is a Robot Master first appearing in Mega Man Powered Up. He is an industrial robot who was built by Dr. Light to help maintain machinery, only to be kidnapped and reprogrammed for evil by Dr. Wily. He can also be unlocked as a playable character.
