Chill Man, known as Chilled Man (チルドマン) in Japan, is a Robot Master who appeared in Mega Man 10. He is an Arctic natural observation robot who was built to fight the effects of climate change, but was infected by Roboenza and driven berserk.

In Mega Man 10, Chill Man is one of the eight Robot Masters on the Stage Select screen. He is an Arctic natural observation robot who was built to prevent the glacial melting caused by global climate change. However, he was infected with Roboenza by Dr. Wily, driving him berserk.[1]
Chill Man fights by running and jumping around the arena, shooting blobs of gel that become spiky icicles when they land on a surface. In Hard mode, he can shoot a semi-circle of five blobs at a time. Defeating him unlocks his Special Weapon, the Chill Spike. His weakness is the Solar Blaze, which can instantly melt his spikes. A boss attack rematch with Chill Man later occurs in Wily Stage 4.
