Volt Man (or Voltman) is a Robot Master who appeared in Mega Man (DOS). He is one of the guardians of Dr. Wily's stronghold.
Volt Man is a robot with blue limbs who relies on electricity. He has a large red torso with a thunder bolt emblem on the front. Volt Man's weapon is the Force Field, which is a an electric shield.

Mega Man
In Mega Man (DOS), Volt Man is one of the main bosses that can be selected from the start, and the 2nd in reading order. His stage is a power plant with a sewer underneath. Numerous mosquitoes, spiders and parrots litter the area.
Volt Man is fought in a dark room with a charging station lining the ceiling. He will jump up to the charging station, activating his Force Field. Volt Man will then jump one to three times of varying height, before splitting it into two horizontally-travelling light balls and four diagonally-travelling Force Field quarters.
Volt Man is weak to the Sonic Wave, although the use of it against him may be difficult due to his own special weapon.
