Wave Man (or Wave man) is a Robot Master who appeared in Mega Man 3: The Robots are Revolting. He is one of the robots who goes berserk and rebels against the humans.
Wave Man is a dark blue robot. His Stage Select portrait looks almost exactly like Air Man, although with the great fan in his chest being replaced with seven water cannons; his in-game sprite appears to make him look unnecessarily angry with red eyes. His body is based on Air Mans, although with the fan in his chest being replaced with seven water cannons. These water cannons fire his special weapon the Water Shooter.

Mega Man 3
In Mega Man 3: The Robots are Revolting, Bit Man is one of the main bosses that can be selected from the start. His stage is a tanker ship floating on the water. Oil drums adorn the level and pistons inside the ships engiene bring it to life
Wave man is fought under the water after mega man falls through a pipe at the end of the ship. During his fight wave man will jump twards the player and at pre-determined tiles/destinations will use his water shooter. these tiles are at the ends of the room and the middle of the room.
Wave Man is weak to the Shark Boomerang, which deals 8 damage to him, and has minor weaknesses to the Torch Arm.
