Time Man (タイムマン) is a Robot Master first appearing in Mega Man Powered Up. He is a robot who was built by Dr. Light as a prototype for time travel research, only to be kidnapped and reprogrammed for evil by Dr. Wily. He can also be unlocked as a playable character.

Mega Man Powered Up
Time Man debuted in Mega Man Powered Up as one of the eight Robot Masters on the Stage Select screen, only appearing in New Style.
