Cyber Peacock, known as Cyber Kujacker (サイバー・クジャッカー) in Japan, is a Maverick from the X era, appearing as one of the main bosses in Mega Man X4. He is a cyber-themed Reploid based on a peacock, who attacks with digital energy blades and missiles. He is a defensive program who is corrupted by Sigma.
In the Games
Mega Man X4
Cyber Peacock debuted in Mega Man X4 as one of the eight Mavericks on the Stage Select screen. He serves as the boss of the Cyber Space stage. The game's Japanese manual states he was formerly an anti-hacker defense program in cyberspace, before he was modified by Sigma to cruelly attack anyone who enters the network.[3]
Cyber Peacock periodically teleports around the arena, each time launching an attack before disappearing again. Defeating Cyber Peacock grants Aiming Laser to X and Rakuhoha to Zero. His weakness is Soul Body from Split Mushroom for X, or Ryuenjin from Magma Dragoon for Zero, which both disrupt his program and resets his pattern. A boss attack rematch with Cyber Peacock later occurs in Final Weapon 3.
Mega Man X DiVE
In Mega Man X DiVE, Maverick Data of Cyber Peacock appears as the boss of the event "Network Guardian". He also reappeared as a boss in Co-op and Jakob.
