Mega Man X Collection is a compilation of X era games, which released exclusively in North America in 2006. It is comprised of the first six games in the series, from Mega Man X to Mega Man X6, along with Mega Man: Battle & Chase as an unlockable bonus game.

- New save data system shared across all games, including those that originally used Passwords.
- Removed Japanese dialogue, except for certain character voice clips in Mega Man X6 and Mega Man: Battle & Chase.
- Altered script for Mega Man X. X says "Damn!" after the battle with Vile in the Highway Stage, and Sigma erroneously says "Why you done this to us?!" after his defeat in Sigma Stage 4.
