Colonel (カーネル) is an antagonist appearing in Mega Man X4. He is a high-ranking officer in Repliforce who is the older brother of Iris and a friendly rival of Zero. He is outraged when Repliforce is suspected for the Sky Lagoon incident, eventually leading to their coup d'état.

- In Mega Man X5, Colonel is mentioned by Spiral Pegasus in his pre-battle dialogue with X and Zero, as he once looked up to Colonel during his time in Repliforce and now holds a grudge against them for his death.
- In Mega Man Xtreme 2, Colonel is mentioned by Zero in his ending, as he worries that Colonel will be displeased with him for involving the rookie Iris in such a difficult mission.
- In the Battle Network era, a NetNavi inspired by Colonel called Colonel.EXE appears as a character.
