Mega Man X DiVE (ロックマンX DiVE, lit. "Rockman X DiVE") is a spin-off in the X series, developed and published by Capcom Taiwan for iOS, Android, and Steam. It first released in 2020 (after a closed beta in 2019), and remained exclusive to Asia until it was published globally by NebulaJoy in 2021. It is an action-platformer like previous games in the series, though with a huge cast of playable characters and role-playing game-style customization.
After the Asian versions of Mega Man X DiVE ended online service on 27 September 2024, an official offline version titled Mega Man X DiVE Offline (ロックマンX DiVE Offline, lit. "Rockman X DiVE Offline") was released simultaneously. The global online service later shut down on 30 July 2024. In October 2024, the game was released in China as Rockman: Time Rift (洛克人: 时空裂隙), reusing the title of NebulaJoy's canceled Rockman XZ Time Rift and censoring parts of the game to abide government regulations.

Story
The Player logs into the Deep Log; a database with data from every Mega Man title (as well as Street Fighter, Monster Hunter and Devil May Cry). The old administrator of the Deep Log disappeared, leading to various errors manifesting known as Irregular Data.
The Player is helped by RiCO, a program who acts as the new administrator, to find and correct the glitches in the Deep Log using Hunter Programs. Along the way, the Player and RiCO encounter ViA, the lost old administrator of the Deep Log, and iCO, a glitched doppelganger of RiCO who seeks to test them. They also encounter three siblings — Droitclair, Angepitoyeir, and Eratoeir — who are the results of glitches and desperately want to exist.

Stages
Story Mode

In Story mode, the Player plays through a narrative in a sequence of stages, divided into 3 phases of maximum 8 stages each, which are then divided into usually 6 missions each. Phase 1 introduces the Player to RiCO and ViA, Phase 2 introduces iCO and the mystery of Irregular Data, and Phase 3 introduces the three siblings and closes the story with a final battle against ViA■. Upon completing this mode, the credits roll.
Originally, there were only 20 stages in Story mode. In Offline, the three Events associated with Droitclair, Angepitoyeir, and Eratoeir were included due to their narrative importance, which brought the total amount of stages to 23. This page will mainly reference Offline, due to it being the currently active version of the game.
Events
Events were special modes only available during specific periods of time in the online version of the game, but they can be toggled active at any time in Offline (with the exception of crossover events).
Jakob Orbital Elevator
Jakob Orbital Elevator mode is a challenge run where the player plays through a long sequence of stages with no interruption.
Co-op Mode
Co-op mode was exclusive to the online versions of Mega Man X DiVE, and was removed for Offline.
Challenge Mode
Challenge mode was exclusive to the online versions of Mega Man X DiVE, and was removed for Offline.
