Mega Man: The Power Battle, known as Rockman: The Power Battle (ロックマン・ザ・パワーバトル) in Japan, is a fighting game set in the Classic era. It was developed by Capcom and first released as an arcade cabinet in 1995, before being ported to home consoles in the following years. The game also has a sequel, Mega Man 2: The Power Fighters.
Story
Suddenly, an incident occurs in which cities all over the world are taken over! Mega Man immediately rushes to the scene. However, what he sees is an unbelievable sight: the Wily robots that he thought he had defeated before! Mega Man is confused and does not know why this is happening. Does he have any chance of winning?[1]
