Dr. Doppler (Dr.ドップラー) is a major character and antagonist in the X era, serving as the main villain on Mega Man X3 and the Mega Mission Card Game. He is a reploid scientist that became famous for seemingly creating a cure for the Maverick Virus.
Tall and imposing, Doppler looks like an elderly man with a white mane of hair spiralling upwards and a goatee, he also seems to have a combat armour and what look like dynamos protruding from his broad shoulders.
