In the Games
Mega Man ZX Advent
Rospark the Floroid is one of the first three Pseudoroid bosses in Mega Man ZX Advent, created by Albert using a fragment of Model W. He is a limited warfare Reploid who specializes in long-range electric attacks.
Rospark lives at the top of the Tower of Verdure, using the overgrown structure to trap unwitting travelers and sacrifice their negative energies to a Model W core. When the Model A Mega Man gets locked in the tower themselves, they find Rospark terrorizing a Raider, before he turns his attention to them. He is weak to Ice attacks, and defeating him grants them his DNA data for A-Trans. Rospark later returns for the boss attack in Ouroboros.
When Model A copies him with A-Trans, Rospark appears in his bulb form by default. In this state, he moves very slowly and has limited attack range. If he can grab onto a wire or pole, however, Rospark enters his bloom form, which can move and attack much more efficiently.
Other Media
- In the Rockman ZX Advent manga, Rospark terrorizes a town from the Tower of Verdure above.
Official Data
Mega Man ZX Advent
Mega Man ZX Advent manual[1] | Rospark is a lightweight Pseudoroid designed to fight effectively even on the most difficult terrain. He possesses vine-like Spike Manipulator attachments, which he uses to secure himself to any surface he finds when no footing is available. |
Rockman ZX Series Official Blog[2] | A lightweight Pseudoroid for limited warfare, made for combat on unstable footing. He is equipped with vine-like Spike Manipulators so that even if there is no footing, he can hang from cylindrical objects. He also specializes in long-range electricity attacks. When grounded, he enters a compact form and his Spike Manipulators retract, but since this is not his primary form, his combat power is drastically reduced. Due to the electromagnetic waves emitted from his high-voltage capacitor, his electronic brain is unstable, and he becomes abnormally excited when facing certain targets, especially men.[JP] |
