Aeolus, known as Helios (ヘリオス) in Japan, is an antagonist in Mega Man ZX Advent. He is the Biomatch for Model H, and one of four rival Mega Man seeking to awaken Model W and win the Game of Destiny. He plans to use Model W to destroy all "fools" and perfect the world.

Aeolus debuted in Mega Man ZX Advent. His backstory is left a mystery, but he holds himself with great pride and has a fierce superiority complex. When he was approached by Prometheus and Pandora, he accepted Model H and joined the Game of Destiny to rid the world foolishness and imperfections.[1][2]

Aeolus first appears alongside Siarnaq in the Tower of Verdure, where they face Grey/Ashe after hearing about them from Prometheus. Aeolus Megamerges with Model H and demeans them for their inexperience, before they depart with the Model W core.

Aeolus is next found in the Floating Ruins, where he defends the Model W core responsible for distorting the environment's gravity. He ridicules Grey/Ashe for not understanding its power, leading to a boss battle. Upon his defeat, he retreats and takes the Model W core with him. Grey/Ashe then absorbs Aeolus' DNA data for A-Trans, which also unlocks a Model A cipher that reveals how Albert selected the Mega Men.

After the Pseudoroid boss attack in Ouroboros, Aeolus returns alongside the other Mega Men to defend Albert. Vent/Aile keeps them busy, allowing Grey/Ashe to face Albert alone. Once Grey/Ashe destroys Albert and triggers the collapse of Ouroboros, Model Z immobilizes Aeolus via Model H, allowing Vent/Aile to escape with the unconscious Grey/Ashe. Aeolus disappears in the collapse with the other Mega Men.

In the bonus Extreme mode ending, Aeolus is summoned to serve Master Thomas alongside the other three Mega Men. The significance of this is left a mystery due to the cliffhanger ending of the ZX era.
