Purprill the Mandroid (パープリル・ザ・マンドロイド) is a boss from the ZX era, appearing as one of the Mission bosses in Mega Man ZX. He is a mandrill-based Pseudoroid containing a fragment of BiometalModel P. He is a servant of Serpent who enjoys wreaking havoc.
Purprill the Mandroid is one of the first four Pseudoroid bosses in Mega Man ZX, created by Serpent using one half of Model P, with Protectos the Goreroid receiving the other half. He is a reckless troublemaker Reploid who gained his power from Serpent.
Purprill dwells within an abandoned amusement park that was attacked by Mavericks years ago, where Vent/Aile lost their mother. When the Model ZXMega Man investigates the park for the Mission "Secure the Biometal" in Area H (Amusement Park), they find Purprill and face him to confiscate his Biometal. He has no weaknesses, and defeating him grants them one half of Model P. Purprill later returns as part of the boss attack in the Slither Inc. head office.
Baboon-style Reploid that has rampaged across amusement parks, leaving countless victims in its wake. Recently hooked up with a mysterious person and has become even more powerful. With its light, agile frame, it can hang from above and attack.
A mandrill Pseudoroid who is a high-ranking officer in Serpent Inc. Despite his bulky appearance, he moves quickly and can hang from ropes on the ceiling with its strong arms that contain Biometal. Fitting his sarcastic personality, he often attacks from afar with bombs. As he calls himself an officer, he boasts strength that is leagues beyond Mechaniloids.[JP]
