Hivolt the Raptoroid (ハイボルト・ザ・ラプタロイド) is a boss from the ZX era, appearing as one of the Mission bosses in Mega Man ZX. He is an eagle-based Pseudoroid containing a fragment of Biometal Model H. He is a servant of Serpent guarding a secret power plant.
In the Games
Mega Man ZX
Hivolt the Raptoroid is one of the first four Pseudoroid bosses in Mega Man ZX, created by Serpent using one half of Model H, with Hurricaune the Wolveroid receiving the other half. He is an arrogant combat Reploid who loyally works for Serpent.
Hivolt guards a seemingly abandoned Slither Inc. power plant that is secretly extracting energy from Cyber-elves. When the Model ZX Mega Man investigates the plant for the Mission "Search the Plant" in Area E (Power Plant), Hivolt ambushes them intending to silence them. He is weak to Ice attacks, and defeating him grants them one half of Model H. Hivolt later returns as part of the boss attack in the Slither Inc. head office.
Other Game Appearances

- In Rockman ✕over, Hivolt the Raptoroid is one of the four bosses in World 10.
Other Media
- In the Mega Man ZX manga, Hivolt is ordered by Prometheus to fight Vent, and is defeated.

Rockman ZX Official Complete Guide[3] | A Pseudoroid created to harness the power of Biometal. He has one half of Model H's data incorporated into his arms, which also serve as wings. His legs operate independently, and in addition to firing electricity from the sky, they also rotate around Hivolt to protect his main body. He boasts high mobility and specializes in striking from above, but his sharp attacks on the ground are not to be underestimated.[JP] |
