Blizzard Arrow (ブリザードアロー) is an EX Skill appearing in Mega Man Zero 3. It can be obtained by defeating Blizzack Staggroff R at Level A or higher. It turns Zero's Charge Shot into three icicles.

Mega Man Zero 3
In Mega Man Zero 3, Zero obtains Blizzard Arrow by defeating Blizzack Staggroff R with a Level A or higher. It has no effect by itself, but if the Ice Chip is also equipped, the Buster Shot's Charge Shot turns into a single sphere which, after a delay, produces three icicles that fly forwards and have ice properties. Each shard, as well as the orb, have their own hit priority, giving this move up to four chances to hit enemies.
