Soul Launcher (ソウルランチャー) is an EX Skill appearing in Mega Man Zero 3. It can be obtained by defeating Cubit Foxtar at Level A or higher. It allows Zero to rain down projectiles using the Recoil Rod.

Mega Man Zero 3
In Mega Man Zero 3, Zero obtains Soul Launcher by defeating Cubit Foxtar with a Level A or higher. By charging the Recoil Rod and holding up to attack upwards, Zero launches a small shot upwards. Upon hitting a surface or sky boundary, the shot splits into four projectiles that rain down. If Zero is equipped with the Flame Chip, the shots gain fire properties and burn on the ground after landing.
