Prairie (プレリー) is a supporting character in Mega Man ZX. She is the commander of the Guardians, who seeks to protect people from Mavericks and investigate Biometal.

Prairie debuted in Mega Man ZX. She is first seen in person when Vent/Aile board the Guardian Base for the first time, where they are surprised that she appears to be a young girl.

Mega Man ZX Advent

Prairie is absent from Mega Man ZX Advent, and appears Vent/Aile has taken her place as the commander of the Guardians. She is not even mentioned, leaving her true fate a mystery.

Trivia

• Prairie shares many similarities with Alouette from the Zero era, and there are many facts that suggest that they are in fact the same person:
  • Prairie and Alouette share the same voice actress, Ryō Hirohashi.
  • Prairie claims to be over 200 years old and to have watched the fall of Ragnarok, meaning that she was alive in the Zero era.
  • Prairie refers to the founder of the Guardians (Ciel) as her older "Sis", which Alouette also did to Ciel.
  • Prairie's stuffed animal highly resembles the one that Alouette carries, and hers is said to be a gift from "Sis".
  • Prairie's room has pictures on the walls resembling Ciel, Alouette, and Zero.
  • Prairie's hairstyle (visible on the back cover of Rockman ZX Soundsketch - ZX Gigamix) has bangs resembling Alouette's.
