Legends era

The Legends era is a fan-made term referring to media set in the fictional universe of Mega Man Legends, released in 1997 for the Sony PlayStation. It is the fifth era of the universe's original timeline, being set thousands of years after the ZX era, chronicling the adventures of MegaMan Volnutt as he explores ancient ruins, quarrels with Reaverbots and Air Pirates, and seeks answers to his past. It is the Mega Man era set furthest in the future.
In official Capcom material, such media is referred to as simply Mega Man Legends.
