Besides Charge Shots, every [[Megamerge]] and [[A-Trans]] in the series also has at least one charge attack at a second level. For example, charging [[Model FX]]'s Knuckle Buster to level two results in the attack Megaton Crush. Some also change depending if a direction is held. Classic era

X era

In the X era, the Charge Shot is one of X's most useful abilities. In the manual for Rockman X, the fully-charged shot was called the Hyper X Blaster (ハイパーXブラスター),[3] though it has had many other names throughout the series.

Zero era

ZX era

In the ZX era, Model X's X Buster and Model ZX's ZX Buster are both capable of two levels of Charge Shots, called Charge Shot (S) and Charge Shot (L).[4] Model X is also capable of a third charge level, which stores an additional Charge Shot (L) similar to the Double Charge Shot from Mega Man X2.

Besides Charge Shots, every Megamerge and A-Trans in the series also has at least one charge attack at a second level. For example, charging Model FX's Knuckle Buster to level two results in the attack Megaton Crush. Some also change depending if a direction is held. For example, charging Buckfire the Gaxelleroid's Flame Arrow to level two and holding Up results in his Rockit attack.
