Neo Arcadia (ネオ・アルカディア) is a location and government first appearing in Mega Man Zero. It is a city-state that is one of the few remaining refuges for life in the wastelands of the Zero era. However, it is also a totalitarian state that discriminates against Reploids, and serves as the main antagonistic force throughout the Zero era.
