The Old Surface City (旧地上都市) is an area in Mega Man Zero. It is a mostly abandoned area that connects other parts of the map. Included in this area is the Disposal Center, known as the Scrap Processing Plant (スクラップ処理場) in Japanese. It is the location for the Mission Rescue Discarded Reploids, and is also where Hittite Hottaid first appears in Stop Giant Mechaniloid Invasion.
