The Old Surface City (旧地上都市)[3] is an area in Mega Man Zero. It is a mostly abandoned area that connects other parts of the map. Included in this area is the Disposal Center, known as the Scrap Processing Plant (スクラップ処理場)[3] in Japanese. It is the location for the Mission Rescue Discarded Reploids, and is also where Hittite Hottaid first appears in Stop Giant Mechaniloid Invasion.
