A Battle Chip (バトルチップ), often written as BattleChip, is a recurring type of item in the Battle Network era. They are small cartridges that store combat data, and are inserted into PETs to transfer their data to a NetNavi and grant them new attacks or abilities for NetBattles. They have a wide variety of applications.
