What is the meaning of the damage value "0" of Time Stopper?
Did it mean that I can freeze him, Buster Rod F, or Mega Water-S using Time Stopper and then I can't damage them using mega buster?Hyahuahu (talk) 18:21, October 1, 2019 (UTC)
Oh...I found out that Mega man can not shoot when using Time stopper ...and Time stopper has no effect on the boss.Hyahuahu (talk) 19:03, October 18, 2019 (UTC)
