Oil Man (or Oilman) is a Robot Master who appeared in Mega Man 3: The Robots are Revolting. He is one of the robots who goes berserk and rebels against the humans.
Oil Man is a maroon robot based off an oil can. His Stage Select portrait bears a striking resemblance to Flash Man, although with a maroon color scheme and what seems to be the top of an oil can atop his head along with a grate to cover his mouth; his in-game sprite appears to have a purple visor shielding his face. His body is based on Flash Man, but with a considerably larger body build and just as large shoulder pads. His special weapon is Oil stream highly concentrated globs of oil fired out of his buster.

Mega Man 3
In Mega Man 3: The Robots are Revolting, Oil Man is one of the main bosses that can be selected from the start. His stage is an oil refinery with blue pipes making up the bulk of the stage along with burning towers of oil.
At the end of the stage, you fight Oil Man in what seems to be a sewer polluted with what seems to be oil or petrol from the oil refinery. During his fight he will jump towards mega man trying to hurt him and when he reaches a wall, he fires the Oil Stream
Oil Man is weak to the Blade Launcher, which deals 8 damage to him, and has minor weaknesses to the Water Shooter.
