Torch Man (or Torchman) is a Robot Master who appeared in Mega Man 3: The Robots are Revolting. He is one of the robots who goes berserk and rebels against the humans.
Torch Man is a red robot based off a welding torch. His Stage Select portrait bears a striking resemblance to Magnet Man, although he lacs the magnet atop his head along with gray eyes; his in-game sprite appears to have a bright blue visor shielding his eyes to protect them from the insane heat of his Torch Arm. His body is based on Magnet Man, although with all the detail stripped from it and his arms and legs being changed to tubes. His special weapon is Torch Arm a burning ball of fire he fires from his Torch arm.

Mega Man 3
In Mega Man 3: The Robots are Revolting, Torch Man is one of the main bosses that can be selected from the start. His stage is strangely a sewer with water and lush plants adorning the stage along with houses above his stage.
At the end of the stage, you fight Torch Man in a water filled room. Ironically, he is weak to a water-based weapon. During his fight he will jump towards mega man trying to hurt him and when he reaches a wall, he uses his Torch Arm
Torch Man is weak to the Water Shooter, which deals 8 damage to him, and has minor weaknesses to the Blade Launcher.
