Tel Tel is an enemy appearing in Mega Man 7. It resembles a robotic teru teru bōzu, a ghost-like paper doll used as a weather charm, and is fittingly able to control the weather.

In Mega Man 7, Tel Tels are rare gimmick enemies, with only two appearing in Cloud Man's stage. They hover up and down in place, making no attempt to attack Mega Man (though still harming him through contact damage); however, if he attacks a Tel Tel, it will flip over and cause rain to start falling before flying out of the level, never to return. This rain will continue to fall until Mega Man dies or reaches the boss, and will be falling on the next screen after the first Tel Tel in the stage regardless of whether the enemy was attacked or bypassed in a different manner.

Tel Tel has a special interaction with the Freeze Cracker, as using it on a Tel Tel when it is already raining will cause the rain to turn to snow, which renders the partially-invisible platforms and ladders later in the stage permanently visible. This trick is intended for acquiring the stage's R-U-S-H letter, as well as making progression a bit easier, although the letter can be obtained without it if the player already knows where to look for the invisible objects or discovers them by chance.
