The Resistance (レジスタンス) is a group of Reploids from the Zero era that were labeled as Mavericks by Neo Arcadia. The leader of the Resistance is Ciel. Although they oppose Neo Arcadia and its government, they only fight to defend themselves and all those facing oppression, seeking peaceful solutions to conflict whenever possible.
